We offer our bereavement service to people over 18 who are experiencing difficulty in their grieving process and / or who are struggling with specific issues around the death of their loved one.
The following options are available (after referral) ; weekly support group, monthly support grou, grief and wellbeing workshops, social life groups, one-to-one counselling sessions.
Referrals are accepted from GP's, District nurses, Specialist nurses and health care professionals.
