Walk & Talk Boroughwide Health Walks

Living Well Rochdale’s Walk and Talk Health Walks are short, weekly walks that give you the chance to stretch your legs, have a chat as you go and enjoy the wonderful countryside your doorstep.

Led by trained volunteers, the health walks are free, friendly and fun. Fancy walking clothing is not required, just a flat pair of shoes with grips and a coat to protect you from bad weather.
