HART (Homeless Alliance Response Team)

Homeless Alliance Response Team (HART) is a volunteer service for the homeless and transient population of Rochdale.

The service is provided by a team of clinical and non-clinical volunteers providing face to face services, liaising with and connecting to existing wider service provision, and encouraging registration with GP practices.

Following the success of our HART Volunteer Service, we now provide a HART Outreach Service every week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
