BAME Women's Wellbeing Group

Provides a safe space to discuss the stigma of mental health and their experiences of mental health. The group meets their language, cultural and religious needs.

The group is delivered in Urdu/Punjabi and Kashmiri languages. This is a 12 week support group over 1 half hours a week.
