Calm Connections CIC

Calm Connections offer support to parents and carers of children and young people experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing challenges.

We offer timely support through groups:  a closed Facebook group, monthly online information groups and in person group sessions in partnership with CAMHS. Support is also available on a 1:1 basis. Parents and carers will be offered the support most suited to their needs and will always focus on listening with understanding and without judgement and enabling selfcare.

If you would like any further information about how we could support your service or families, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
