Rochdale Road Medical Centre operate dedicated Long Term Medical Conditions Clinics. This is an innovative approach our practice cares for patients with long term conditions like asthma, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, COPD and coronary heart disease. These clinics were set up to reduce the need for patients to make multiple visits to the practice to see the practice nurse and the doctor. The LTMC clinic is run by our Practice nurse with help from GPs.
